Las canciones de Blind Guardian son algo difíciles de traducir, ya que más bien parecen poemas y a veces el sentido de las frases no está claro, pero he decidido traducir A Voice in the Dark al español, porque ya me lo habían pedido antes.
Esta canción de su penúltimo disco está basada en la serie de libros Canción de Hielo y Fuego de GRR Martin, que ahora ha aumentado su fama gracias a la serie de televisión de la HBO "Juego de Tronos" que también está basada en estos libros.
Suponemos, por el contenido de la letra y por el folleto ilustrado del disco, que esta canción habla de Brandon Stark, más conocido como Bran.
